Founded by Russell Whitlock in 1982, the firm specialised in sales and lettings throughout West Cornwall. During good times and bad in the property market, the lettings side of the business, particularly in the last 17 years, has grown from strength to strength. Following the retirement of two of the senior sales team, Fleur Carpenter decided to close the sales department and expand the lettings side of the business.

Fleur Carpenter
Director
Fleur has been at Whitlocks since 2007, running the busy lettings department. She lives near Sennen and has extensive experience of dealing with the specialist needs of both the landlord and tenant.
Michelle Mills
Lettings Administrator
Michelle has also been at Whitlocks since 2007. Born and raised in Penzance, she has huge local knowledge and very organised, vital in a busy lettings office!
Carolyn Warren
Lettings and Office Administrator
Another long standing member of the Whitlocks team, Carolyn was born in Camborne and has lived in Penzance now for many years. Carolyn has plenty of experience in the property sector having worked in both residential and holiday let markets. She has been with Whitlocks since 2013.
